GOLF CLUB -

HANDICAP REQUIREMENT
Players are requested to bring their handicap certificates with them. The handicap limit for men is 28 and for ladies 36. In some cases if a player is playing with their golf professional, we will allow playing ability cards or green cards.

DRESS CODE
Appropriate golf attire is requested for all players, when practicing or playing as noted below:

Gentlemen:
Tailored trousers or shorts, t-shirts with collars and sleeves are considered appropriate attire and now allows collarless round neck shirts specifically made for golf. ALL GOLF SHIRTS MUST BE WORN INSIDE TROUSERS/SHORTS. The following are NOT PERMITTED: Collar-less shirts, fully buttoned shirts with short or long sleeves, dress shirts, denim, pool wear, athletic attire (including football / soccer shirts), 3/4 length 'Capri' trousers, national dress.

Ladies:
Golf shirts or blouses, golf trousers, shorts or skirts are required. The following are NOT PERMITTED: Dress shirts, denim, pool wear, athletic attire, national dress.

In the Clubhouse:
Shirt with collar, shoes and tailored trousers or golf shorts are required. The following are NOT PERMITTED: sleeveless t-shirts, t-shirts, blue denim jeans, pool wear, athletic attire, 3/4 lengths 'Capri' trousers, flip flops.
DUBAI GOLF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO THE COURSES OR DRIVING RANGE TO ANY PERSON CONSIDERED IN APPROPRIATELY DRESSED.

SHOES:
Golf shoes, with soft spikes or flat-soled training shoes are required. Socks are required. Shoes with metal spikes, ‘open’ shoes, golf sandals are not permitted.

GOLF CLUBS:
Each golfer is required to play with a set of club. Sharing a set of clubs is not permitted. If players are not traveling with their golf bag, players may hire a set at the clubs at a cost of between Dhs. 120/- to Dhs. 165/- per set per person.

TEE TIMES:
All golfers will be put into playing groups of 4 players.
Should you wish to have the tee times exclusively for your group only, players are required to pay for 4 slots.
Tee Times are based on 10 or 15 minutes intervals, with 4 players maximum per tee time. In situations where a booking has been made for less than 4 players, Dubai Golf Central Reservations reserves the right to fill any remaining slots within that tee time. Players are requested to check-in at least Β½ hour before their tee time. Shotgun starts usually run in the morning and afternoon. Depending on the time they are due to tee off i.e 8.00 shotgun, players are requested to check-in at least 30 minutes before the start.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL TEE TIMES BOOKED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OF PATTERN/FORMAT (i.e change from tee times to shotgun or vice versa) ACCORDING TO THE OCCUPANCY OF THE COURSES.

NON-GOLFERS:
For safety reasons and strict control of the golf course operations, we unfortunately do not allow non-playing guests to accompany players.

SPEED OF PLAY:
Players are requested to keep up the pace of play, at all times. The recommended time of play is 4 hours and we would appreciate your consideration for the benefit of all players.

COURSE MARSHALS:
Our Course Marshals will be on the gold course to assist players at tall times. We request in the event of a slow play, to please accept any decisions or requests by our marshals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations / Amendments must be done through the Central Reservations Office at least 3 days (72 hours) before their tee time. If you do cancel or reduce the number of players with less than 72 hours, there would be no refund.
