We kindly request that you read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully.
Fhotels.net reserves the right to change, modify, update, add, or remove all or any portion of these Terms and Conditions of Use at its discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes are effective from the moment they are published on our website.

If you do not agree to these terms you must refrain from using the website. Your continued use of the website signifies that you agree to the terms and any changes made before every visit.

Our responsibility
We act as an authorized agent for the travel services listed on our websites. When you submit a request you are contacting our agency’s Customer Service Department, you are NOT in direct contact with any hotel, air or cruise line or other service provider. Please note that you cannot submit our reservation forms that you have completed to any other service or agent directly. We endeavor to offer quality personal service.

Secure Server
After completing our Secure Form with your personal data and the details of your credit card, the data is sent through our Secure Server (SSL technology, to encrypt all personal information). Please do not send forms with incorrect or incomplete data, they cannot be processed. If you prefer not to send your personal data through the Internet, please contact us via telephone, fax or e-mail.
Please Note: You should never include sensitive information regarding your identity or financial information such as a credit card numbers in a regular e-mail. Very few if any e-mail providers have secure portals. We cannot be held responsible if you send us your information in a manner that places it at risk.

Proof of ID
To protect credit card holders and when a booking has been made by a 3rd party fhotels.net reserves the right to request proof of ID from the cardholder as well as a signed authorization form. This security measure is not to cause any inconvenience but merely to protect the credit card holder against any misuse of their card. We reserve the right to refuse to execute bookings when the authenticity of Credit Cards or identification documents is uncertain.

Prices & Payment Policies
Prices are valid at the time you receive our confirmation of rates and availability.

Our default currency is the EURO, however some hotel’s rates are posted in their local currency. Exchange rates shown by our system are based on the value relation between that currency and the Euro on that given day. We can not be held responsible for fluctuations in currency values.

Rates published are inclusive of taxes and government fees but services and amenities included vary. READ carefully the notes or individual terms and conditions that appear specifically on the page where you submit your reservation. Please Note: In the event that you delay confirmation, the same prices and availability may no longer apply.

Our company reserves the right to change the advertised prices at any time without any prior notice. The company cannot be held responsible in the event that the service has provided inaccurate or incomplete information. If such errors are brought to our attention we will take action to correct them.

We accept all major Credit Cards. For AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards there is an additional surcharge of 3% on all transactions.  (These 3% Transaction Fees are non refundable and non transferable to other accounts.)

The charge that will appear on your credit card statement may appear as having been made by either "The Finest Hotels of the World" group OR the affiliate/company that operates the hotel you have chosen. This depends on individual hotel payment policies. If the hotel charges your card directly you will be informed as to how the company name will appear on your statement.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Charges:
If cancellation is made more than 59 days before travel date:
• A minimum file administration charge of €50 in addition to any hotel or bank fees and credit card expenses 5%.

If cancellation is made between 30 and 59 days inclusive before travel date:
• A minimum administration charge of €50 per person in addition to any hotel or bank fees and credit card expenses 5%.

If cancellation is made 15 to 29 days inclusive before travel date:
• 15% of the total cost of the service booked or €200 (whichever is less)

If cancellation is made 7 to 14 days or less before travel date:
• 50% of the total cost of the service booked or 350 Euro (whichever is less).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel date:
• 100% of the total cost of the service booked or €500 (whichever is less)

No shows or early check outs will not be eligible for any refund. You should always issue comprehensive travel insurance before finalizing any travel arrangements especially for services to be provided in other countries. In some cases your travel insurance carrier will reimburse you for cancellation charges incurred. In the event that an individual hotel or service’s cancellation policies are more austere than those above the provider’s policy will be enforced.

We can provide the individual terms, conditions and cancellation policies for the hotel or service you have selected upon request.

Special Requests
If there are Special Needs such as mobility impairments that have not been mentioned upon submission of your reservation request, our company cannot be held responsible in the event accommodation or arrangements booked are unsuitable. We urge you to mention any and all special requirements right from the beginning so your personal travel consultant can locate and recommend suitable accommodation.

Bookings can not be made conditional upon special requests such as room location or view being guaranteed. Special requests will be honored based on availability.

Alteration of booking / extension of stay
• Alterations or changes made regarding reservations must be in writing. Verbal changes have no validity.
• If more than one change request is made regarding the initial reservation every additional change is charged at 20€ each.

Extending your use of accommodation or services or changing the dates of your use of same is not always possible. We cannot guarantee any service’s ability to comply with such requests. We will make every effort to find you appropriate and reasonable alternatives however any special rates or discounts you may have received for your initial booking will not apply.

Errors / Omissions
ON YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Contact us immediately if any information on any document you are provided by our company or the service provider appears to be incorrect or incomplete, in some cases last minute changes are not possible. We will make every effort to ensure that the service provider corrects any errors on their part but as an agent we are only responsible for errors made by us. We cannot accept any liability for document errors unless we are notified within a minimum of 14 days after sending it. We will do our best to rectify any mistake that is brought to our attention after more than 14 days; however you must meet any costs involved in doing so.

ON OUR WEBSITES: We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that operates our website there may be times when obvious errors occur. For example, very occasionally this may result in a price, product or other service detail description being incorrectly displayed on the website. In such cases we reserve the right to cancel the booking or offer a reasonable alternative. In the event of a price error and/or omission, we will offer you the choice of either keeping the booking at the correct rates, canceling the booking without fees or subject to availability we will offer you a suitable alternative. This applies to both confirmed and on request bookings. We act only as an agent for the service providers concerned. Your contract for your arrangements is directly with the provider. We accept no liability in relation to the arrangements themselves or for the acts or omissions of the provider.

Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your arrangements, you must immediately inform us by e-mail or telephone and any verbal notification must be put in writing. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to assist you to resolve it. Most problems can be dealt with quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, however, you must write to us within 28 days of the conclusion of the service provided giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint. Only correspondence from the party who actually made and paid for the booking will be considered valid. We can take no action on your behalf if the matter is not brought to our attention immediately, in other words AT THE TIME THE SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED. NB please bear in mind that we act only as agent for the provider concerned and therefore cannot accept any liability for your arrangements. Any assistance provided in resolving a complaint in relation to any arrangements is provided on a goodwill basis and in our capacity as agent only.

There may be small differences between the actual facilities and their description. Local conditions may mean that some facilities or services become unavailable or subject to restriction. Some advertised facilities may not be fully functional in early or late season. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes or closures to area amenities or attractions. We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information about any accommodation or its facilities and/or services, except in the case of our negligence. The star ratings shown on the hotel descriptions are our own ratings and do not necessarily reflect any local official rating. Please inform us immediately in the case of gross misrepresentation of a service so we can remove it from our system.

All images of on the website are for representation purposes only and may not reflect the actual room, vehicle or vessel you are allocated. From time to time building work and its associated noise is unavoidable in a resort. We do not control such work and we do not always receive advance notice of when it is scheduled. However we will always notify you as soon as possible if we think building work will affect your holiday enjoyment.

Resort and International Transaction Fees
Most credit card providers impose international transaction fees which are non refundable and non transferable. These charges are not initiated by nor do they benefit our company in any way.
In some destinations resort fees may apply. fhotels.net is not responsible for resort fee charges and has no control over their implementation.

By submitting your credit card information you tacitly agree to accept the subsequent charge to your credit card. IF YOU ARE NOT THE CARD HOLDER a written authorization stating the reservation code and guest name must be provided by the card holder in order for your reservation to be valid.


Governing Law

All transactions made ​​through the "website" governed by international and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (N. 2251/1994) which regulates issues relating to distance selling and the relevant provisions of Greek law (Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/13-8-2013).
