Only 85 km from Thessaloniki "Stamatiadis Sani Cape Villas A΄ Class" are located in the first peninsula of Halkidiki, Kassandra, at Sani area, right at the centre of the best-equipped tourist resort of Greece.
The Classic Villas were built in 1988, the modern in 1997, and the neoclassic in 1998. The villas are situated 300 - 1000 m from the sea and built in a natural, dense pinewood with landscaped gardens of exclusive use. They are separate, luxurious, two-level maisonettes of 100 and 70 m2 with:

Minimum Stay Policy
For Period (01-31/07) minimum stay of 7 nights is required and in Period (01/08-31/08) a minimum stay of 14 nights is required.
Cancellation Policy :
If the reservation is cancelled within 35 days prior to arrival the deposit will be held as cancellation fees.
